When I was going through a very tough time in my life I found that anxiety was crippling me. I had been told about the benefits of Qigong from a couple of friends and decided that I had nothing to lose by giving it a try. I started my practice by taking private sessions with Qigong master, Adam Holtey. I found him to be gentle, kind and his instructions to be helpful in moving my anxieties through. I found that I prefer to exercise alone rather that group classes, and I am happy knowing that I can always have a private lesson with Adam to increase my knowledge of Qigong. I am also learning the great value of using Qigong on a regular basis to stay focused and balanced. When I practice with consistency, everything in life seems to flow better. When I forget for a few days, the old anxieties come flowing back. It is really a very amazing experience, and Adam’s easy approach helped me feel the confidence I was lacking to trust my own abilities to stay balanced through this practice. I highly recommend Adam and the sessions he offers.
