Private Sessions

Contact Adam to discuss your goals for a personalized qigong program. Sessions include instruction in breathwork, qigong, meditation, and qi-energy healing. Students practice qigong with Adam not just for the physical benefits, but to relieve anxiety and other emotional/spiritual issues as well. If you’re looking for a natural method to manage your health in body, mind, and spirit, these sessions provide the tools. Appointments can be arranged for individuals or small groups, and online sessions are available.

Adam also provides life-coaching using methods outlined in his book, The Quadrant and 3 Phases. Life-coaching can be integrated into your private qigong sessions or scheduled separately.
