It’s time to immerse yourself in 3 Phase Qigong! This is the first time Adam Holtey will be offering up all the essential practices of 3 Phase Qigong, including exercises and meditations with the 5 Elements. There is opportunity in this training for those who seek an intensive exploration of Qigong for their personal benefit, and also for those who wish to learn the skills to share Qigong with others.

The Main Sessions will be held on 3 Saturdays in April: the 6th, 13th and 20th, from 7:30am to 2:00pm. The “official” start time will be 9:00am, and Adam will offer the period between 7:30am and 8:45am to those who wish to join him in the practice of 300 bows.
The bowing exercise is the staple meditative and Qigong practice for Adam, and he’s making sure the April training gives everyone a chance to experience its benefits! Follow this link if you want to learn a bit more about the bowing exercise.
Each Saturday Main Session we’ll explore Phase 1 principles and practices from 9am-10:30; Phase 2 principles and practices from 10:45am-12:15pm; and Phase 3 principles and practices from 12:30pm-1:45pm. Every Saturday we’ll go deeper so you’ll come away with a strong experience of the objectives of each essential practice. For more details on 3 Phase Qigong, visit the 3 Phase Qigong Instructor Training website.
For those of you who want to go even deeper into Qigong and learn to teach, Adam will be providing Instructor Supplemental Sessions on 3 Mondays, also in April: the 8th, 15th and 22nd, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. These sessions require additional fees for time and materials, which include a 3 Phase Qigong Instructor Manual. There are discounts available for SOU and RCC students, and you can register here.
Everyone who attends this training in April will receive a free month of Qigong classes at Community Acupuncture + Natural Health, in Ashland, for their continuing Qigong education!
