
Tuesday evening, December 18th, Adam Holtey will share his recently published book, The Quadrant and 3 Phases, in a free lecture from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM. The Quadrant is a device used for self-inquiry in journaling and meditative exercises, and an effective tool for illustrating many of the most fundamental principles of Qigong. The Quadrant functions like a multi-dimensional mirror, like a portal you can jump through to view all aspects of your being: weak and strong; young and old; good and bad; past, present and future.
Adam will take you through a preview of the book, including the entire journaling process it outlines. Quadrant journaling assists you in creating clear and concise ideas about “who you are” in the various facets of your life: relationships, money, health, mission and more. Where our mind goes, energy flows; and this book helps you organize all of your thoughts so that energy flows the way you intend, and manifests in harmony with all you aspire to create in your life.
